East Grampians Health Service is seeking applications for qualified staff to undertake Aged Care Assessments. This position is casual / leave replacement and appropriate training will be provided.
East Grampians Health Service is based in Ararat and Willaura (Regional Victoria) and takes its name from the magnificent mountain range that provides a backdrop to both townships. We are committed to providing quality care and services that meet the needs of the community, whilst continuously striving for improvement and aiming to lead the way in provision of health related services.
This role provides comprehensive assessments to ensure aged community members receive the care and support that is needed. Training and support will be provided both internally and through GH Ballarat.
The successful applicant will have;
Appointment is subject to immunisation clearance and current and satisfactory Employment Checks (Police and Working With Children Checks)
