The Home Care Packages Program is part of the Government’s continuum of care for older Australians and is for people who have complex needs that can be met by a coordinated package of care.

EGHS@Home provides support for people to manage and maintain their health and independence, enabling them to continue living at home.

Once you are eligible for a Home Care Package, we work with you and the people who support you, to find out the things you want to achieve and what is important to you. We then help to put in place the right services for you.
