Mandatory Education is designed to target high risk areas and meet legislative, OH&S and accreditation requirements to ensure safe practice. A variety of methods are used to deliver Mandatory Education, e.g. specific training days, face to face competencies and online learning.
The Mandatory Education Requirements Matrix’ for new and current staff are available here or via the Intranet for employees to refer to at all times.
Mandatory Education is required to be completed by all permanent and casual employees on an annual basis. It is an expectation that every employee is responsible for seeking out and completing their own Mandatory Education requirements each year.
Reports detailing employees’ completion or non-completion of Mandatory Education are available to Managers via Power-Budget.
