EGHS provides Primary Care Services from the Community Health Centre located in Girdlestone Street and actively promotes well-being, health maintenance, illness prevention and support groups throughout the Ararat Rural City.

Healthy@Home is for anyone over 18 years of age with various conditions that render them vulnerable and at risk of hospitalisation.

A number of support groups also operate from the Centre.

Fees charged at EGHS Community Health Centre are charged in-line with Department of Health Primary Health Programs Fees Policy. The fees charged at EGHS Community Health Centre are based on the Community Health Schedule of Fees.
