EGHS promotes health benefits of Active8

East Grampians Health Service Director of Community Services Debbie Schulz took part in a television interview promoting the health benefits of the exercise equipment at Alexandra Gardens.

WIN TV interviewed Debbie, local personal trainer Kelli Holtham-Felini and members of the Lions Club of Ararat who originally funded the purchase of the exercise equipment.

Each exercise station includes three pieces of exercise equipment to target various muscle groups.

The Active8 Program is well underway and will continue until the end of November, with a variety of free exercise, health and lifestyle programs on offer. For further information on Active8 go to their Facebook page, where you can find the timetable of program and events.
