We are seeking applications for a Research Lead at East Grampians Health Service. This is a part-time, fixed term opportunity (24 hours per week for 12 months).

East Grampians Health Service is based in Ararat and Willaura (Regional Victoria) and takes its name from the magnificent mountain range that provides a backdrop to both townships.  We are committed to providing quality care and services that meet the needs of the community, whilst continuously striving for improvement and aiming to lead the way in provision of health related services:

The Development and Improvement Department supports East Grampians Health Service by delivering, implementing and monitoring systems and processes that provide the framework for good clinical governance reflecting government and community expectations.

This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful, evidence-informed research that directly improves consumer outcomes and community wellbeing. Working within our Development and Improvement team, you’ll lead innovative research initiatives, mentor clinicians and staff, and build strong collaborations and translate ideas into meaningful changes within our health service and beyond. Appointment is subject to immunisation clearance and current and satisfactory Employment Checks (Police and Working With Children Checks and NDIS Worker Screening Check).
