About The Role

• Answering and directing phone calls from Main Switch board
• Respond to emergency phone and announce emergency codes within the hospital
• Cash handling experience, EFTPOS and other payment systems
• Ensure that main reception area it is maintained in a neat and tidy manner
• Strong computer skills

• High level customer service and interpersonal skills
• A desire to support and grow a dedicated team
• A strong sense of accountability and responsibility
