We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled person to fill the position of Executive Assistant to the Director Development and Improvement. This is a fixed term, part time position, 16 hours per week from August 2026 – February 2027.

The Development and Improvement Department supports East Grampians Health Service by delivering, implementing and monitoring systems and processes that provide the framework for good clinical governance reflecting government and community expectations.

About The Role

The role of the Executive Assistant is to provide advanced administrative assistance to the Director, designated committees and workgroups within the Development and Improvement Department.

The role will job-share with the current Executive Assistant to the Director Development and Improvement.

About You

You will have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in the use of a range of computer software programs including Microsoft Office are essential.

Appointment is subject to immunisation clearance and current and satisfactory Employment Checks (Police and Working With Children Checks and NDIS Worker Screening Check).
