At East Grampians Health Service we want every member of our community to feel heard, understood and supported. If English is not your first language, our Interpreter Services are here to help you communicate clearly with our health team. We can arrange professional interpreters either in person, by phone or via video so you can discuss your health needs confidently and in your preferred language.

We also understand that clear written information is just as important as spoken communication. Our team can provide translated brochures, flyers and other written resources to help you access accurate health information in the language you understand best.

If you need an interpreter or translated information, just ask, we are here to support you every step of the way.
