Lisa is a Human resources and workplace relations professional, who has called Great Western home for over 10 years.

Originally hailing from regional NSW, Lisa has a diverse professional background, having previously worked in human resources roles in public transport, tourism, state and local government and ASX listed companies; Lisa now runs her own HR Consultancy business. Lisa’s employment background is supported by her education, which includes postgraduate qualifications in workplace law from Monash University.

Lisa and her family have been involved with EGHS as patients for many years, including returning to EGHS from the Northern Territory for the birth of her second child. Lisa is passionate about EGHS and supporting the vital role that health services play in regional communities.
