The Director of Development & Improvement has responsibility to integrate Risk Management across the Organisation, to ensure that all Standards for Accreditation are met by providing safe and quality care. The Director also investigates ways in which the Health Service can reflect Government priorities strategically. The Director oversees research, information technology and education.
