The Director of Medical Services is responsible for credentialing and privileging of all Visiting Medical Officers to define their scope of practice. The DMS is also responsible for aspects of the Health Services’ Medico legal work and liaises closely with colleagues from other Grampians Region health services, to ensure that clinical practice throughout the region reflects current best practice in rural health care.
