Kaye steps down after 10 years as president

At the recent Ark Toy and Activity Library Annual General Meeting, Kaye Chamings stepped down as president of the Auxiliary after 10 years in the role.

Kaye spoke emotionally about her time with the Toy Library, and her passion and dedication to the library is always at the forefront of all she does.

Guest speaker at the AGM was Ararat Rural City Chief Executive Officer Dr Tim Harrison, who gave an update on the projects and new services currently underway across Ararat.

The AGM was attended by members, past members and EGHS staff. One of the founders, Erin Ballinger, spoke of the early days of the Toy Library.

Bo Munro has stepped up into the role of president and will be supported by vice president Kaye Chamings, secretary Di Pickering, treasurer Mary Stapleton and assistant treasurer Lee Kaleta.
