25th EGHS AGM via webinar

The 25th annual East Grampians Health Service annual general meeting will be held via zoom webinar due to COVID-19 restrictions on Wednesday December 16 at 6pm.

In a first for the health service, COVID-19 gathering restrictions necessitated the need to ‘think outside the square’ for this year’s AGM.

The AGM will receive the report of the Board and audited statement of accounts for the year ending June 20, 2020.

The meeting will also recognise significant achievement in studies by EGHS staff, recognise staff long service and announce the successful recipients of health service scholarships and bursaries.

“We look forward to seeing as many faces as possible at our AGM this year, even if on a computer screen,” EGHS chief executive Andrew Freeman said.

“Despite COVID-19, we still want to celebrate the achievements of our health service and our staff and hope you will join us in this celebration.

“Also keep an eye on your letterboxes, as our publication ‘Community Matters’ will arrive in the next two weeks.”

To register in advance for the AGM webinar, please go to : https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Jg28MAhtR6-9QG96oZiMMw

After registering, you will receive a confirmand email containing information about joining the webinar.

We acknowledge that their holistic approach to health; harmony between body, mind, spirit and environment, has been practiced on these lands for thousands of years. We thank past and present Elders for this knowledge to help improve health and wellbeing for all Australians.
