EGHS Staff Health and Well Being

East Grampians Health Service supports the health and wellbeing of its employees by subsidising staff exercise classes twice a week.

The classes are facilitated by local fitness trainers and incorporate cardio, strength and circuit sessions so there is something for everyone!

Classes are held on a Tuesday evening at 5.15pm in the Physiotherapy gym and on a Thursday morning at the Alexandra Gardens at 6.30am.

As well as encouraging the physical well being of staff, classes bring different elements of the health service together in a supportive, social environment.

All staff, regardless of fitness levels are invited to attend these free classes.

East Grampians Health Service acknowledges the Wotjobaluk, Jaadwa, Jadawadjali, Wergaia, Jupagalk and Eastern Maar peoples as the Traditional Custodians of these lands. We acknowledge that their holistic approach to health; harmony between body, mind, spirit and environment, has been practiced on these lands for thousands of years. We thank past and present Elders for this knowledge to help improve health and wellbeing for all Australians.
