Together with Bayer – farmers supports health service

The East Grampians Health Service “Building for the Future Foundation” received $5,000.00 from Bayer Animal Healths “Community Program”. Selected Bayer products generated a 5% rebate which was donated back to the Building the Future Foundation. This program started in March and concluded in December 2012.

Mr. David Hosking, Chairperson of the EGHS “Building for the Future Foundation” said  “we are absolutely delighted to receive this cheque from Bayer Animal Healths. This program has been well supported by our local farmers in conjunction with businesses such as Elders LTD Ararat, Ararat Veterinary Clinic, Ararat Farm Supplies and Landmark Ararat.

Mr Hosking commented that “Whilst the foundation’s primary focus is to support and sponsor bursaries and scholarships. The foundation is a charitable trust and we are more than happy to receive donations such as this. This Initiative by Bayer to help re-distribute funds back into our community is much appreciated”

Bayer Animal Healths Manager Mr Danny Kent said “It is important to Bayer Animal Healths to support community groups such as our local farmers and community members.
