Toy Library donate $2000 to Murray to Moyne

25th April 2018

The EGHS Ark Toy and Activity Library has presented a cheque for $2000 to this year’s EGHS Murray to Moyne teams, the Cranks and Defibrillators.

With fundraising from this year’s Murray to Moyne being put towards new outdoor play equipment for the Toy Library, the Toy Library Auxiliary decided to donate the proceeds from their annual movie day to the cause.

The Toy Library Auxiliary has also helped with catering for the Murray to Moyne Trash and Treasure Market and Trivia Night and supported the Easter Egg Hunt.

“We were thrilled and honoured when the Murray to Moyne teams decided to dedicate their fundraising this year to new outdoor play equipment for the Toy Library, when it moves into a new space at the redeveloped Community Health Centre,” Toy Library president Kaye Chamings said.

“The team has worked hard in its fundraising and during the relay itself and we appreciate their support.

“We are looking forward to moving into our new space and choosing our new outdoor play equipment.”
