Palliative Care Nurse

Central Grampians Palliative Care is located at East Grampians Health Service (EGHS) Ararat and is the primary provider of specialist Palliative Care services in the local government areas of Ararat, Pyrenees and Northern Grampians. We are seeking suitably experienced Registered Nurses to work in our team, part time and casual positions available.

About the Role

Our team provides patient centred, evidence based specialist services for consumers with palliative and end of life care needs, supporting consumers and their carers to feel safe and comfortable. Our team works closely with the Grampians Regional Palliative Team and is working closely with Ballarat Hospice to improve access to after-hours care and advice.  EGHS also participates in the Palliative Care Outcomes Collaboration (PCOC) to benchmark and continually identify opportunities to improve our service.

Appointment is subject to immunisation clearance (Including COVID-19) and current and satisfactory Employment Checks (Police and Working With Children Checks)
