East Grampians Health Service is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to the Director Development and Improvement. The Development and Improvement Directorate supports East Grampians Health Service by delivering, implementing and monitoring systems and processes to ensure that it provides safe, effective and person-centred care. This is a full time position, fixed term from September 2024 to December 2024.
East Grampians Health Service is based in Ararat and Willaura (Regional Victoria) and takes its name from the magnificent mountain range that provides a backdrop to both townships. The Development and Improvement Department supports East Grampians Health Service by delivering, implementing and monitoring systems and processes that provide the framework for good clinical governance reflecting government and community expectations.
This position provides high-level administrative support directly to the Director as well as other staff in the Directorate and wider organisation. Duties may include (but are not limited to): coordination of committee meetings (agenda, minutes, actions), document control and processing, staff rosters, administration of relevant databases/programs, scheduling of appointments/meetings, data collection, reporting and projects as delegated.
