Executive Assistant to Director of Clinical Services

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled person to fill the position of Executive Assistant to the Director of Clinical Services. This is a maternity leave position, 24 hours per week from October 2024 to July 2025.

About the Role

This challenging role requires advanced computer, exceptional organisation and time management, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The successful applicant will be clearly able to demonstrate a team oriented approach based on the values of East Grampians Health Service, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.  Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrator in a health or corporate environment is desirable.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Appointment is subject to immunisation clearance (Including COVID-19) and current and satisfactory Employment Checks (Police and Working With Children Checks)
