Community Centre

EGHS provides Primary Care Services from the Community Centre located in Girdlestone Street and actively promotes well-being, health maintenance, illness prevention and support groups throughout the Ararat Rural City.

The staff welcome you to the East Grampians Health Service and its many programs in a confidential environment.

Fees charged at EGHS Community Centre are charged in-line with Department of Health Primary Health Programs Fees Policy. The fees charged at EGHS Community Centre are based on the Community Health Schedule of Fees.
