The Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for the day to day management of 70 Lowe Street, the 45 bed facility and is also responsible for ensuring that nursing, lifestyle and support staff provide the residents with individualised person centred care.  The introduction of the Montessori Model of Care is an exciting development, in which residents will greatly benefit from in improving their quality of life. The focus for the Nurse Unit Manager in 2016 is to ensure all residents, staff and family transition smoothly into this model of care.

The Nurse Unit Manager operates under an open door policy and is happy to discuss any queries with family, residents and staff.
