Russell Barker

Russell Barker


Russell returned to the district after living in Brisbane for 20 years and is currently the Business Manager at Marian College


Russell is married to Carmel and has two adult children still living in Queensland.

Prior to returning to the district Russell held a number of management roles in QR National (now Aurizon).   Russell has Master of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Business.

Russell joined the East Grampians Health Service Board as he was looking for an opportunity to support the community he lives and works in.
